Lifting in Love and Compassion (LILAC) is a Division of Mental Health and Addiction (DMHA) and a Indiana Health Coverage Program (IHCP)/Medicaid approved agency dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized care to individuals and groups seeking personal growth and development.
